Good location, our room spacious and decent bathroom

The guys running the place didn’t really stay on top of it - maybe because it was the end of the season. No fruit available for breakfast - we supplied our own. Kitchen area messy and remnants of last nights party left behind one morning

• Guest House near the beach and in the middle of green trees and palm trees • 6 puppies residents of the property • Property close to the Railway Station and Downtown Weligama

Unfortunately there is a garbage dump right next to the garden’s property and the beach pathway and the tables where the staff serves breakfast. The staff and the locals dump the garbage right on it and they burnt it down sometimes. This seems to be a common things in Sri Lanka, burning garbage and plastic right in the courtyard. I really hope some smart enough will start to invest in recycling plastic, aluminum, glass etc. so they can rescue Sri Lanka.

Długo by pisać i chwaląc obiekt, świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Bardzo pomocny personel, Ci ludzie są po prostu fantastyczni. Ze względu na problemy z powrotem do Europy hotel zamknął rezerwację i pozwolił nam zostać tyle czasu ile potrzebujemy to było świetne! Skromne ale dobre śniadania, jednego poranka dostaliśmy regionalne śniadanie które było prze pyszne. Właściciele pomocni we wszystkim do plaży weligama oraz szkoły surfingu dzielił nas spacer 2-3 min. Jeśli szukacie noclegu w Weligama w rozsądnej cenie i dobrej jakości to polecamy z całą rodziną to miejsce! Pozdrawiamy i dziękujemy jeszcze raz właścicielom Natural Art 🙂

Ich bin bei meiner Bewertung wirklich zwiegespalten, weshalb ich nur eine mittelmäßige Bewertung abgeben kann. Positiv zu unterstreichen ist ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Etwas abseits der Party-Gegend und gleichzeitig mit vielen Surfschulen, ruhigeren Surfspots und guter Anbindung zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Es war immer jemand vom Personal erreichbar und alle schienen freundlich zu sein.

Auch wenn wir über die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes festgestellt haben, dass das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend war, konnten wir uns nur mittelmäßig verständigen. Bei der Anreise hat eine richtige Begrüßung und Information gefehlt. Alles musste man aktiv nachfragen und teilweise musste ich mit dem Besitzer telefonieren, da er scheinbar nie vor Ort war. Geschlafen haben wir wirklich miserabel, da man trotz geschlossener Fenster jedes Gespräch von außen mithören konnte. Da in der Nacht die Hunde und am frühen Morgen die Nachbarskinder aktiv waren, war für uns trotz Ohrstöpsel kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Im Zimmer waren Ameisen. Das haben wir zur Sprache gebracht - es wurde jedoch nichts dagegen unternommen. Im Bad stand wegen der offenen Dusche immer das Wasser und es müffelte bald so stark, dass wir gezwungen waren, jeden Tag nach frischen Handtüchern zu fragen. Das Frühstück haben wir nur einmal probiert und sind danach auswärts frühstücken gegangen. Das Essen war nichts besonderes und nachdem mir eine Milch mit Bröckchen zu meinem Kaffee gereicht wurde, zweifelte ich an der Professionalität des Personals. In der Nähe gibt es eine After Surf Roof Top Bar, wo man exzellentes Frühstück bekommt. Man musste aktiv nachfragen, damit die Mülleimer im Zimmer und Bad geleert werden.
