Modern City Pad, 1-Min to Showgrounds

Communication was clear and easy to access the entry. Private rooms, balcony, good kitchen and comfortable couch. On street parking was plenty and really close to a food street and the Tivoli. Would stay again.

Close to everything, great value for money! Big apartment

The space was great for our little family and furries. Thr views were fun and the beds and bathroom were comfy and clean.

The aircon temp control was quick and effective but I preferred the fresh air and my own fluffy blanket to snug into.

The pool, sauna and spa was great and the residents were lovely.

Unfortunately the apartment I stayed in 1811 was exactly the cleanest there was rubbish still in the bin located on the kitchen which contained a paper towel covering a banana peel and some other rubbish. The bench tops looked as though they were not wiped down nor the splash back behind the stove top. The zippers on the lounge cushions were broken not zipped up same as the cushion you sit on the lounge, the carpets were absolutely disgusting and stained. When paying that amount of money to stay somewhere you expect the property to be in a clean and tidy manner, oh not to mention how to get the key to get into the apartment I spent almost 30minutes plus a lovely resident was helping me to try find this lock box all I wanted to do was check in relax as my kids and I had just travelled back from spending a week in the Whitsundays I followed instruction on the email sent to me, I opened my email to see the images it prompted me that I couldn’t view them as I did not make the booking which I did and confirmation and the passcode all was sent to my email. I’m not one to complain but I was highly disappointed it made me think was the bedding and linen fresh and clean.
