Residential complex called "Home 75", about 700 meters from the sea, is composed of several units distributed on two levels, inserted in the green of the Mediterranean scrub of the valley of the small town of Bagnaia, a town overlooking the bay of Portoferraio, on the north side of the 'Island.
The beach of Bagnaia is composed of pebbles smoothed by the sea mixed with sand and gravel, it is one of the best equipped beaches on the Island of Elba, it also has a point of assistance for pleasure boating, rent for boats, bars, restaurants , bathhouse with the possibility of renting umbrellas and deck chairs, we also find all the basic necessities such as food, bars, restaurants, pharmacy etc.

The compact yet well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare simple meals, including an induction cooktop, oven, and refrigerator.
The bathroom area is divided into two small separate spaces: one with a washbasin and shower, and the other — a service bathroom — equipped with a washbasin, washing machine, and toilet.
