Perched on the second floor, this inviting retreat is perfect for up to four guests and boasts unobstructed views of the Pacific, where you can watch sailboats drift by and whales play in the distance (seasonally).

The open-concept living area is designed to capture Maui's natural beauty—mirrored walls reflect the turquoise ocean and sunlight, creating a bright, spacious ambiance. Freshly painted with new tropical artwork and decorative accents throughout, this condo exudes a serene, island-inspired atmosphere that invites you to relax from the moment you arrive. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, while the large smart TV provides entertainment for cozy evenings after a day of exploring the island.

The bedroom features a plush king-size bed, a cooling ceiling fan, and generous closet space, while a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room comfortably accommodates additional guests. Although there is no air conditioning, the condo enjoys wonderful ocean breezes and is equipped with ceiling and portable fans to keep you cool and comfortable year-round.

Valley Isle Resort 205 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawaii, which provides complimentary concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay from the moment you arrive.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.

**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
