Loft 1 sits on a quiet private road just off Playa Grande's main entrance — 10 minutes on foot from one of Costa Rica's most consistent surf breaks and the protected shoreline of Las Baulas National Marine Park. It's the kind of location where mornings start with coffee on the patio and end with a sunset walk to the beach.
The loft is the only unit on the property with an in-unit washer and dryer — a genuine advantage if you're packing light or staying longer than a few nights. The open main level has a full kitchen with high-top bar seating, living area with Smart TV, and Starlink high-speed WiFi. Upstairs, a private sleeping loft holds a queen bed and twin bed beneath vaulted wood ceilings. Sleeps 3 comfortably — ideal for couples, two friends, or a small family.
Outside, your private patio with bistro table and seating is the best seat in the house for morning coffee or an evening beer. Rinse off at the shared outdoor shower after the beach, store your boards in the designated area out back, and pull straight into your dedicated parking spot out front.
Playa Grande is the quieter, less crowded alternative to nearby Tamarindo — same stunning Pacific coastline, same world-class surf, without the noise.
