Nice accommodations; reasonable priced; great location for my stay
Had difficulties with a couple of check-in logistics; perhaps could have had better communications with regards to getting in to the accom, how to lock the door from the outside as you leave and a drawing for the location of the parking.

Excellent downtown location. On-site parking option a good feature. Comfortable unit.
Parking instructions had to be requested twice, but were accurate. Television channel selections were 'unusual' --- very few recognizable stations --- or maybe we were just unable to figure out how to access them, although not for lack of trying. Info on how to access 'regular' channels (CBC, CTV, PBS, BC, CBS, NBC, etc.) would be helpful. Shower stall floors are quite slippery --- rubber mats would be helpful.

We found the check-in a bit of a challenging experience- We had trouble finding the keybox. Even though email instructions were sent, I would have preferred to also have a User manual for the apartment and the use of the appliances and TV.

We had a fantastic stay and truly loved everything about this place. The two bathrooms were such a bonus, and we even had views of the water in the harbour. The location was perfect, and the space itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Communication with the host was always prompt and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!
