It was a comfortable, cosy and relaxing stay. Bed was soft and comfy, amenities in the condo was more than sufficient. Upstairs from 7eleven, massage and laundry place right in Nimman
The hot water appears to be on in peak times only? Seems to be hot from 7am but not sure til when as evening showers were just lukewarm.

The host was very attentive, responsive to communication, and resolved matters in a timely manner. All amenities functioned as expected. Lots of hot water, good pressure, stable Wi-Fi. The location was accessible to shops, eateries, easy for smart rides and walking.
No major complaints.

The apartment is big and cozy, the bed is soft which was nice compared to the mattresses I came across in Thailand. The unit was spotless clean and had all the facilities I needed.
Definitely would recommend for my friends.
The toilet has no window, not really an issue because there is a vent but it was a bit weak.

It had everything I needed. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a meal and the location was very convenient. Very clean. Nice hosts.
The bed is very hard. It could use a comfortable topper. Bring your earplugs and play some white noise on your phone when you want to go to sleep - the flight path for the planes taking off from the airport goes right over top the condo building - but using my ear plugs and adding white noise allowed me to sleep just fine.
