This is a large, luxury property which we had a very comfortable stay in.
The only minor issues we experienced were (1) two temporary maintenance issues - garage door not working, and upstairs aircon not working, both of which we understand are now repaired, and (2) a bit of confusion on arrival about the address : the property is #83 at Surfers Waters, a gated community of over 130 houses which is located at 40 Cotlew Street East. We did not understand at first that we were looking for house #83, not #40, but once we figured that out the arrival and check-in process was smooth.
