Very spacious, in a good location and many facilities. Hosts were very responsive.

No air conditioning and no free to air TV. Check in time is too late!

This is a beautiful apartment, just a bit north of the old town, with easy access to public transportation. If you want door-to-door service, it’s easy and very inexpensive to get an Uber anywhere. The aesthetics are sparse, clean, and elegantly modern. There is plenty of storage space, the kitchen is well appointed, and there is a full range of appliances to make longer stays comfortable and convenient. The building itself is secured by a smart lock, and a secondary smart lock opens the apartment door. The apartment is right next to a small but modern and functional elevator. Wheelchair or stroller access from the street involves one small flight of five steps, with a ramp that folds down from the wall.

The bathroom facilities are awkward. There are two separate rooms, one with a sink and toilet and the other with a sink and bathtub. The bathtub is very tall, making it awkward for short people and impossible for those with disabilities, and the showerhead is handheld, a common feature on European tubs, but impossible to use standing up with both hands free. The bed in the master bedroom has a memory foam mattress top, which some people may enjoy and others may not. The couch and ottoman in the living room unfold to make beds, but they are made of very dense foam and are quite hard. Finally, be aware that while the apartment looks extremely close to the train station on the map, it’s actually on the other side of a busy highway, a steep stone wall, and the remnants of the old railway station. There is a pedestrian path through the ruins, and the locals are perfectly happy to use it, but if you’re dragging suitcases, it will be an awkward walk. Plan to take an Uber even though it seems like a ridiculously short trip. The road is so narrow, and so busy that if you catch an Uber from the south, the driver will need to overshoot the property, drive about a half kilometer north to the first place where they can make a U-turn, and come back. This isn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s something you should be aware of.

Не зважаючи на якісні вікна - ШУМ від проїзджаючого транспорту був надзвичайно великим. Вказуючи при замовленні дві кімнати з двохспальними ліжками у другій кімнаті виявився дива-лего на якому дуже не зручно було переночувати. Вентилятор у ванній кімнаті - не працює. Особливий негатив(!) та поганий настрій на вечір, який продовжувався до тих пір поки змирилися з шумом за вікном і змогли заснути, це реєстрація для поселення в апартаментах. Спілкування з оператором було не можливим бо я не знаю англійської, а оператор не знає української. Я далеко не в перше подоружую і всі з ким я спілкувався, переходять на мову клієнта. Якщо не можливо це зробити по телефону в голос можна писати смски на будь-який меседжер на мові клієнта. Я зарезервував апартаменти і оплатив зі своєї банківської картки повну вартість. Це означає, що мої всі дані у вас є, крім того - ви уже користуєтесь моїми коштами в повній сумі за апартаменти, а не авансом, а значить ви вправі за потреби обмежити з поселенням. Підозрюю, що десь так і сталося - пройти вашу реєстрацію - це ще той «квест», занадто багато посилань по реєстрам. Розумію, що кожний страхується як вважає за потрібне, але я думаю, що це перестрахування. Тим більше, що я змушений був оплатити страхівку в сумі 100 євро для моєї стимуляції, щоб я був порядний і нічого не пошкодив. Не сподобалося питання про час поселення. Я їхав через кордони країн і не від мене залежало час пропуску через них. Тому важко зпрогнозувати о котрій я поселюся. В моєму розумінні - якщо я оплатив за апартаменти то власнику помешкання немає значення о котрій я поселюся чи 18-00 вечора чи в 6-00 ранку, важливо щоб я не порушив час поселення і час виселення. За додаткові податки - окрема історія. Клієнт повинен оплатити одну єдину суму за апартамети, а всі інші видатки і податки оплачує власник. Окрема опція для клієнта - виніс сміття(вказано куди саме і яким ключом що відкривати). У прайсі за номер є оплачена мною послуга за прибирання.
