StayVista at The Birdwood Estate with Gym and Pool

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the hospitality. The staff was very nice, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean as well.

However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The food was not up to our expectations. We understand that the main chef was unavailable due to illness and that temporary staff had to manage the kitchen, but unfortunately the quality and taste of the food were noticeably below expectations. Also, the portion sizes were quite small considering the prices being charged. Another concern was the check-out experience. Although the standard check-out time was 11:00 AM, we requested an additional 30 minutes as it was difficult for a large group of 14 members, along with kids, to get ready and leave on time. Unfortunately, even a 10-minute extension was not accommodated.

Property was very spacious and clean. Mudhouse were really awesome. Staff was amazing and very warm. Food was very impressive. All my guests loved the property and the food. It was hot outside so we could not enjoy the lawn.

Living room was small as compared to the property size. For outside seating only 2 fans were available.
