This is the perfect stay for any concertgoers looking for a deal. It was only around a 20 minute walk to StateFarm Arena and we felt safe the whole time. Having a shared kitchen was also nice and the showers were always warm and had great pressure, and the owner provided towels. Just a few minute walk down, was also a really nice park! You get what you pay for, so don’t expect a luxurious stay. But it was exactly what we needed, and was a way better deal compared to surrounding options.
Thermostat controls the whole house so be mindful of that, when we first got there someone had the heat on and it was at 88*F, but after we changed it to a more reasonable 72-74, it stayed around there. Also remember to lock the front door, it’s not the hard to read the sign the owner puts up on how to lock it properly.

Safe neighborhood and good parking.
Bedroom smelled musty as well as did the sheets like they were not changed prior to me staying and the person before me sweat a ton. So much so it stuck to my clothes and I could smell it on my drive home. I had no other option but to stay here tho.
