My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Nonna Tina's for these reasons:
1. Spacious, clean apartment. Far more space than we needed (we didn't even use two rooms).
2. Well-appointment kitchen.
3. Balconies and good views (warning: it's on the 3rd floor, which we didn't mind).
4. Comfortable beds and the bedrooms had shutters to block light.
5. Walkable to downtown.
6. Gated parking.
-No air conditioning, which was tough at 32C. For summer stays, it could be very hot.
-At the time of our stay, there was no wifi. However, our host said it will be installed soon.

Very clean
No air conditioning. Very few amenities. Apartment was like a shrine to owner’s deceased parents. Rather unsettling.
