A brand new studio apartment in a building which was just completed and most residents haven't moved in. It is in Druzhba district where street parking is not a problem, and it is close to the metro. Brand new. I was literally one of the first people to stay in this flat.

As a new Airbnb, the host hasn't had the chance to ramp up a smooth operation, yet, although I am sure eventually they will, after they start getting some feedback. At the moment, it feels like the host hasn't had the time to include everything they wanted to: - Comfy bed but no bed stand, - Coffee machine, but no coffee, - Lots of toilet paper, but no kitchen roll, - Dinner table set with wine glasses, but no bottle opener. Also, I never received any written communication regarding my reservation, no instructions, nothing. I suppose it just hasn't been automated, yet, as I called the host and he immediately sent me everything via text message so it was fine in the end. I am sure that few weeks in, the host will have sorted all of the above. The apartment is good and good value for money.
