Close to railway and shops. Pleasant part of the suburb.

This is a good choice for people who need the facilities of a liveable unit and do not want to pay for luxury. There is ample parking space, a full size refrigerator, cooktop with pans and utensils, and a washing machine. Windows have roller blinds and there is a room air conditioner upstairs and a fan downstairs. Ashfield is a convenient location, although the actual address requires a quarter-hour walk to the train and shops. Keypad entry was convenient and very well organised by the owner, who communicated very well.

The comfort and facilities are basic in both quality and variety, which is consistent with a modest price, so no complaint at all from me. For some, the steep steps up to the bedroom would not work well and a window which does not lock would worry others. The bedroom air conditioner provided sufficient cooling for a hot day and night, but is awkwardly located and poorly fitted.
