Great location with lots of supermarkets and Hoxton station a 3 min walk away.
A bit tricky carrying luggage to the top floor and the main road is quite noisy if you have windows open l.

Great location, spotlessly clean and the landlady was very responsive.
The stairs are rather narrow and steep and not well-lit. Not recommended for an elderly couple.
Air conditioning would have been a blessing in that heat.

A nice warm duvet, comfortable throws and blankets, toiletries in the bathroom, and everything very clean and tidy. We didn't use the washing machine but it was great to have available. It was very easy to find the keys and get into the apartment.
This was absolutely fine for us but the stairs are quite narrow and steep so not great for someone with limited mobility.
