1.They gave us wrong room number, we had to call them, it took about 30 min. to come inn the apartment. 2. The heater in the living room is too weak, cannot hold the living room warm enough. 3. The door handels for the bath room and toilet dropp off all the time, made a lot of noise in the night when some one went to the toilet. 4. The furnatures are not screwd together well. 5. Under the sofa table and beds were not been cleaned. 6. They wrote 2 bath rooms with shower and bathtub, but it is only one with shower and bathtub, the other one is only a toilet. 7. Very very cheap beds and bed linens.
