    ​I booked and paid *** for a Superior Double Room with mountain view and breakfast included (Room ***). The location is pleasant and the views from the balcony match what was promised, showing that the property was likely very nice when newly opened. However, the total lack of maintenance completely ruins the experience. ​While the bedroom was not excessively dirty, it feels entirely neglected. The walls are covered in scuffs, uncleaned drip stains, and torn paint from old adhesives. There are missing spotlights leaving open holes in the false ceiling, and the plaster around the keycard switch is cracked and broken. ​The bathroom is in an unacceptable state, with extensive black mold on the ceiling and vanity furniture, rotted woodwork around the doors, a large and sharp chip broken off the sink edge, and exposed electrical wires hanging above the window. ​As for the service, communication in English is almost impossible, as only the staff member handling my check-in could speak it. Furthermore, when I went out for a walk around 7:00 AM, two young staff members were simply asleep on the lobby sofas. The property has great potential, but its current state of neglect and mismanagement makes it impossible to recommend.

    The room were average sized , washrooms were smelly the room had spider webs the ambiance was also average , loction was good but had a disappointing stay , not worth the money

    Value for money ,Just 2000 rupees,Just 3km away from.Musoori ,this hotel is with best view of Musoori mountains ,good food and rates.

    The room was nice the food they served was good but the main problem was the location. There is nothing as much near the hotel. There were spiders in my room and not just the small ones but the big ones. There was a leak in the washroom and it was creating mess all over the place.
