Great location, easy walking distance to MCG and Rod Laver. Good size apartment. Decent basic kitchen supplies. Good sized lounge area. Quiet.
Communication with the property prior to check in was almost impossible. I messaged through the app and received an ai reply that didn’t answer my question but told me to email or call. I emailed and called several times during business hours with no response. There was no information about checkin. Ironically when I called an hour before checkin on the public holiday someone answered and was very helpful.
The bed was mattress was thin and very uncomfortable. Blind and bathroom fixtures were broken.
