The location was great. Easy access to the beach.
One of the bedrooms is under the house and not actually in the house. While staying in that bedroom, if you need the restroom, you have to walk outside and upstairs to the main house. The bedroom also had a very unpleasant smell. Also, the photos on the listing must be old because the furnishings are completely different now. There is not as much patio furniture as shown in the photos.

It was perfect for a lil family of 6. My wife and kids loved the place. Great location outside of town and within walking distance of the beach. We'll equipped. Definitely a great value.

Great location within walking distance to the beach. Host was friendly and responsive. For the price point, it was a decent stay overall.
The home did not feel as advertised in terms of size/layout. The “third bedroom” was actually a separate room underneath the house, detached from the main living area, and had a strong musty smell. The pull-out couch was unusable due to missing/broken springs. The pool was closed and under construction during our stay. The host frequently sent promotional/deal messages through the app, which became a bit excessive.
