Our host Ozzy was very welcoming. We booked this villa as we stayed at another villa he runs last year and had a great experience. There was most of the facilities we acquired, cutlery, plates, pots and pans, a full fridge freezer a dishwasher etc. the air-con worked very well as-well.
The only thing I would say is there were no curtains or blinds anywhere in the villa which was annoying in the mornings. The hot water also ran out sometimes. I would also recommend you bring your own towels as well as you only get 1 per room.
