Nice place and walking distance to beach!
Didn't like that people were up and down the stairs all night even after 11pm. Could hear a dog jumping and running around constantly. The wash machine shakes, bangs, and is super loud when in use.

Location was amazing. So close to the action and the beach but still quiet. Parking was easy. Furniture and beds were comfortable.
Instructions for arrival and departure were incorrect. Things were communicated differently multiple times with still little clarification in the end. Dishes in the cabinet were used and put back so when we pulled them out, they all had to be washed. Coffee pot was moldy. Lights were burnt out in bedroom and kitchen.
