I had a very pleasant stay overall. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy my time there.
The staff were professional and always willing to help. A special mention to Ruth, who was particularly supportive and responsive whenever I needed assistance, she really made a positive difference to my experience.
There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The toilet could benefit from a slight upgrade to match the overall standard of the apartment. Also, while the internet was quite fast when it was working, the connection was somewhat inconsistent. As someone who relies heavily on stable internet, this was a bit challenging at times.

Great security - very safe and secure. The staff were very nice. Nice decor and high ceilings. Prime location because it was very close to food restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife. The inside was very chilled and comfortable. Spacious and comfy for 3 people. Complete vanity in each bedroom was a plus! It also had a washing machine, which was very convenient.
Water leaking in 2 of the bathrooms; only one key for a three bedroom apartment; some utensils in the kitchen weren't cleaned prior to check in; the power would go out more than expected due to payment;
