Beach Castle Resort #12

Everything was wonderful. We are veteran LBK vacationers. Our timeshare down the road is still not up and running. Beach Castle was wonderful.

Just a couple minor inconveniences. We flew in for a quick weekend at the beach. Although the kitchen was stocked, we would’ve loved it to have salt/pepper and a bowl of sugar (seal tight container, of course.) and the coffee system could have been a little better. It wasn’t any better than a hotel room. Actually worse because hotels now have keurigs with pods. This was drip with small packs of grounds, stirs, napkin — maybe a pack of sugar/powder creamer but I didn’t check once I saw the setup. At least in hotels if you don’t like the coffee setup in the room you can get a good cup in the lobby. We had to go out for coffee. There was absolutely no hot water in the shower. I didn’t report it because we were only there a couple days. I hate cold showers and rush through them. I also expected shampoo and conditioner but was only provided shampoo. Hotels give you both. Again, we flew. If I drove, I would’ve had my own.
