House well equipped and en-suite bedrooms. Nice fire-place and braai facilities. Beautiful views over dams. Quiet and peaceful.

What an amazing place, a really beautiful house with loads of space and all you need for a nice quite getaway. The location is somewhat secluded and has great views over the dams and valley in front of the house, it is really peaceful and quite, yet close enough to Dullstroom to be able to get local restaurants and any supplies you could need. The main fire place was just incredible and heated the main entertainment area so well, we just had to go into Dullstroom to buy more wood, but it was worth it.

We had a fantastic time at this truly wonderful home. The estate is peaceful and offers a perfect secluded escape. The house itself is beautifully built with a layout that really encourages family bonding. Furthermore, the host was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quiet retreat!

The setting was simply breathtaking! A beautiful view of the fly-fishing dams. The house is spacious and well equipped with all needed amenities. We would definitely recommend a Shalom as a family getaway or a weekend away with friends!
Not a problem, just important to note that during the rainy season, it is necessary to have a 4x4 vehicle to get to the farm, however this was well communicated to us before the trip by the host.
