The Hotel is very near and in walkable distance from New Delhi Station. Very neat and clean and excellent service. 👍🏼

The approach road is narrow. But from main road, the hotel is very near by.

When I got to the property, they told me I was actually booked in their sister hotel. Which I wasn’t. They had clearly overbooked the hotel as they’d messaged me twice and asked if I was definitely coming that evening. I had relied twice saying I was, and I was on a train and please keep my room. They hadn’t. So this was annoying. And dishonest. Which you get used to in India. But they’d have been much better to just say, we’ve overbooked. We’ve found you a very nice hotel just up the road which actually costs more per night than this one, and I’d have been very happy. The other place was very nice, quiet, and a better location. But it’s hard to review this hotel as such, as I didn’t stay there. So my scores are on the sister hotel.

Just the initial lie. Other than that. Everything was great. The staff helped me find my hotel later on when in a Tuk Tuk. They were very good.
