The location was excellent, the house was beautiful inside, very comfortable and had everything we needed, the screened porch was a big plus and we used it every morning and evening... quiet neighborhood, and the hosts were easy to communicate with.
There were tenants/caretakers living in the lower part of the house, wasn't sure about that at first, but we never saw them and barely heard them (we were asked to try to keep the noise down and we did) but it turned out not to be a huge deal for us, but may be an issue if someone has kids or a larger group that would make it difficult to control noise levels ..
