The place had pretty much all the amenities we needed, and it was conveniently located close to supermarkets and restaurants. It also had a nice terrace to relax on, and there’s a pool available for all residents in the complex. The owner was friendly, responsive, and answered our questions quickly.
Some of the furniture and fittings were quite worn out. One of the sofa arms felt like it might give way at any time, and a few of the wall sockets weren’t properly fitted. The bed also wasn’t very comfortable.

Excellently located property. Great transport access to Las Américas & Costa Adeje (around 20 mins drive) with TITSA bus links. Quiet, peaceful area with 24hr shops nearby 2 min walking distance. Lovely community friendly area with park. Great views on the terrace to the park. 20 mins from the airport. Easy. Thank you to the property manager, Anne-Marie - very helpful and friendly check in. Made us feel welcome. Property is decorated nicely and has a homely but vacation vibe. Small but very spacious apartment. Hope to revisit soon. Please respect the property and area. Thanks!
