L'appartamento è molto bello, ordinato, pulito e accogliente.
Purtroppo alcuni materiali utili non sono presenti nell'appartamento, come una tovaglia o delle tovagliette e la posizione non è delle migliori, un po' nascosta e staccata dal paese principale, per cui è necessario muoversi sempre in auto.
