All the rooms were very clean and smelled really good. The house is fully equipped with all amenities. The karaoke room is very huge and fun, and there’s also a swimming pool and a rooftop area where you can enjoy BBQ. Breakfast was provided and it was delicious. The host was extremely kind, understanding, and helpful — the hospitality was truly amazing.
Most of the toilet in rooms are with curtain instead of a door, so it can feel a bit uncomfortable, especially when sharing with roommates. However, there are fully closed-door toilets available near the swimming pool and inside the karaoke room, which was helpful.

这次入住真的超出预期，没想到在泰国还能唱 K 歌，KTV 设备很专业，音效也很好，和家人朋友一起唱歌特别开心，氛围一下子就起来了。
别墅的位置也非常棒，走几分钟就能到海边，去步行街也特别方便，晚上出去逛街、吃东西都很轻松。房子本身非常宽敞，每个房间都独立、干净，公共区域也大得夸张，大家一起活动完全不会觉得拥挤。
设施很齐全，从厨房用具到泳池、KTV、烧烤区都准备得很到位。泳池水干净清澈，白天玩水、晚上BBQ，非常有度假的感觉。整体清洁度也很好，进门就能闻到干净、清新的味道。
舒适度方面真的没话说，床铺睡着很舒服，空调制冷快、水压也大，所有细节都让人放松。性价比在芭提雅来说算非常高了，这个面积、这个位置、这个设施，完全超值。
另外不得不夸一下管家，服务特别贴心，有问题回复很快，入住和退房也都安排得很顺畅，让整个旅程都特别省心。
总之，这次体验非常好，无论是房东、设施、清洁度、舒适度、性价比还是位置，我都非常满意，非常推荐这家别墅！
没有不喜欢的。如果一定要说，就是因为行程安排，我们只能在芭提雅停留一晚有点可惜。下次一定会多住几晚。
