Located in a quiet neighborhood, quite a walk from both JR and Keikyu Kamata stations, but still manageable. Very local vibe. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything I need. Check in was super easy with very clear instructions via personal messaage on booking.com.
The bunk bed is low, my head will bump to the top bed when sitting on the lower bed.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor so you need to climb stairs (very typical for Japanese apartments).
These are just minor issues, not a big deal at all.

It was super clean and really practical, everything had little etiquette with translations and there was a book with every details and explanations!
The team was super responsive and welcoming, I had a really nice time there!
It’s a little bit tricky to get there I would say (it’s a bit hidden) but the path is provided when you make the reservation (with pictures and explanations) so it’s actually fine

I had a wonderful experience at Kamakama Stay. The host is amazing, and the room has everything you need. I will definitely come back when I visit Tokyo again. 10/10!
Everything was great, other than the AC. It made a strange noise and it was little bit noisy during the night.

I love that the property has everything I needed. The facility is very clean and new too! I also like the spacious table as I was able to do some work properly. The kitchen was fully equipped too with all the utensils and cooking appliances. Check-in procedure was also very easy to do.
I liked everything! Maybe I just hope that the pillows can be replaced with fluffy ones 😊
