La Vivienda es muy cómoda y esta bien ubicada
Para estar dentro de una vivienda de lujo , existían muchos detalles que deberían estar controlados, tales como daños en barandillas exteriores de vidrio , muy peligrosos , falta de limpieza en ambas de ventanas producido por las palomas , la piscina no se encuentra climatizada a temperatura cómoda, el jacuzzi se encontraba averiado , no era posible la entrada con vehiculo al sótano...parte del mobiliario, mas concretamente el sofá de la sala , chaislonge exterior no estan en condiciones de limpieza para el nivel de villa , se debería de tener muy en cuenta los detalles estéticos de salubridad.

On street parking available but not always directly outside Villa. Private parking would be better
