There should be 2 separate listings as it's very misleading. It shows the property images with pool, playground, and bbq area which for us was a huge draw and the only Reason we booked. Even in the description it's all there. I had read it several times before booking. I even showed my husband to double check before booking to avoid a mess up like this. You'll see one question too which asks, " is this for entire house?" And the answer was "yes." That's also very misleading. And then when you click through if you don't re-scroll Through all the images and information you'll miss that there are actually 2 different rooms in this one house!! Room A & B. One only has the front of the house with no pool, backyard, playground or bbq. The other has all the things initially presented in the description and images . Room A &B should be in the main listing and at the forefront as a disclaimer. This needs to be changed to prevent this happening to another family. We and our kids were so bummed to find this out upon arriving. We would not have booked it. Reached out to owner, who the was nice and helpful, but said she would not refund us when we requested to cancel. If you want a basic bedroom and a nice kitchen with pull out bed, this is perfect for you. But beware that it's 2 separate listings, room an and room b, and only only has the pool, playground and bbq area. Other notes. Creamer in fridge appreciated. Basic things like olive oil, salt pepper, keurig for coffee and hot chocolate provided, which was nice. The pull couch is a pull out couch, not comfortable lol. It totally dips in middle and the head is higher up. Had we stayed another night I would've moved the couch mattress to the floor as the frame is kind of falling inward.

It was nice and quiet. Very clean!
