When I got to the property I was told they do not have space for me as they are double booked when I paid. Why was the property showing available space upon reservation? I was not notified of the changes to the other property that was 7min away from this property. No email waa sent, no phone call to notify me and I had to stand for 5min ringing the bell by the gate. I eventually had to call the number on the booking to open the gate! I had to see myself out on how to get to the other property! Not happy at all
There’s no bathroom door! Ut is evident that the property is still new and there were cockroaches on the curtains and all over the microwave. The wardrobe door does not close properly.
