There are people who lives there and are resident. They act like things should be done in their own way. The host should make clear for everyone that there is a shared place, with commum rules, putting people in there own places. This lack of clarity, often, makes other feel uncomfortable.

When I arrived there it was 0500 am. The security was not aware of my arrival. Hevtold ne I have to wait outside till 11 a.m. There should be a list given to them for new arrival. After a long time traveling one would like to refresh and go to bed. I went outside to have my breakfast with my luggage.
Was a very unpleasant experience.
Management should sent a list of new customer arrivals. Not to wait till 11 a.m to chk in. In the mean time where should we go.
I did not used the kitchen for cooking nor enjoy the TV set. May be they could have refund some money
$$$$
