Есть лифт на этажи, этаж с стиральными машинами с вертикальной загрузкой но может портить одежду, расположение на 2026г не самое удачное, к самой венеции пешком минут 20, магазинов рядом и каких-то кафе особо нет, приходится каждый раз топать в центр. Из плюсов недалеко пляж, хорошие аккуратные номера.
Плохо развита инфраструктура рядом, здания пустые кругом

Отличное местоположение, близость моря, свежие номера. Есть кухня и стиральная машина. Хозяева-молодая семейная пара, очень приветливые. Помогали по всем вопросам. Было приятно общаться с ними. В номерах есть все необходимое. В 15 минутах ходьбы Венеция и Винвандер. Рекомендую
Незаселенный район, мало магазинов и кафе поблизости.

It provided free washer and drying space. The host was very welcoming along with their son Ben on whom the property is named. We stayed there for NYE and they were so kind enough to invite us in their own celebration to fire crackers at midnight.

Ban đầu tôi đặt ở Benz nhưng khi lại thì sắp xếp chỗ khác, tôi muốn huỷ nhưng nhan vien bao phải chịu phí 20% và hưa sẻ nâng cấp hạng phòng lên, so vs kế hoạch ban đầu thì không đúng, phòng không có TV, không wifi, không có trà cà phê hay mì, không có tủ lạnh mini, không móc treo quần áo, không lễ tân trực, tôi cảm thấy rất không hài lòng vì không được như ý và thậm chí là tệ, bi phân biệt trong khi không phải mùa khách đông
