Cozy Town Centre 2 Bed Apartment Close To Historic Landmarks And Great Restaurants

Advertised as having 1 double, 2 single and 1 sofa bed, this looks like it used to be a comfy flat for two, but the dining room has been turned into a bedroom and not much attempt has been made to equip it for four or more people. Lacking a dining area, there is just a short breakfast bar in the kitchen with only two stools. The TV room has just a three-seater sofabed (very uncomfortable as a sofa), no table or seats. There were just 3 glass mugs, 3 water glasses and 1 shot glass and insufficient plates and bowls even for four people. There were no cooking implements (eg spatula, whisk, tongs). There were two toasters for some reason. More attention needs to be paid between tenancies. The light at the foot of the stairs was not working, nor was the TV room light. The one chef's knife was broken and unusable, the only frying pan was very badly burnt and its non-stick was so badly scratched it was unusable. There were speakers in the ceilings and a complex box with many connectors on the TV room wall, but nothing was connected. There were four remote controls in the TV room. One was a generic learning one, which just turned the TV on and off, while the other three were Firestick/Apple TV or similar, but there was nothing plugged into the back of the TV - no aerial, no box - so nothing to watch. The TV in the double bedroom had a Firestick remote and a generic remote without all the necessary functions, and no instructions. It was possible to get something to watch, but only by spending ages trying, then finally logging onto Netflix. The bathroom window would not shut, and the bathroom door lock has been fitted so badly that my wife didn't have enough strength to open it from the inside; good luck with children. The roller shutters for the two cupboards in the double bedroom were in the cupboard in the entry lobby; the right cupboard seems to be a wardrobe but the left one has electrical items on the wall which look as though they should be enclosed.
