I had a great stay. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and new. Top notch mattress, had a great sleep, since also quiet. I loved the neighborhood. It's near the center but not too busy. Still a lot of coffee places and food stalls in the alley.
Nothing major. I would have loved a fridge. But that's wishful thinking at this price point. Very close to 10 out of ten from my perspective.

The place was well taken care of, matched the photographs and was easy to access. The host family was really nice, helpful and easy to communicate.
Basically, there is nothing to complain about, but the area might feel deserted if you prefer hustle and bustle. For me it worked just fine.
