The key collection procedure.
The property is not value for money, as the air conditioner and water heater in the master bedroom were not functioning. When we contacted the host, the response was delayed and unhelpful. I also requested an official receipt, but despite following up for over two days, the request was ignored.
Overall, we are disappointed with the poor service and would not recommend this property.
