Appartamenti puliti e nuovi. Molto ampi. La posizione é buona ma per andare in centro bisogna prendere un taxi.
Lo staff é molto giovane e spesso non sa risolvere i problemi, continua a delegare per il turno successivo. Abbiamo avuto problemi di caldaia, non c’erano abbastanza asciugamani e non avevano completato la registration.

The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. It had all the necessary amenities, and overall the room itself was very pleasant.
I found the housekeeping somewhat inconsistent. During the stay, soap was replaced every day even when it had only been used once, and towels were changed frequently. However, the bed was not tidied during the entire stay. I would prefer more balanced and practical housekeeping.
The breakfast also had limited variety, and the breakfast area could be somewhat chaotic at times. In addition, the plates were often still wet, with visible drops of water on them.

Чисто , все новое ! Есть в комнате все необходимое ! Очень внимательный персонал ! На стойке регистрации, хороший бассейн , сауна ! Очень понравилось!
На завтраках в столовой очень неприятная хозяйка столовой .
Если моя пожилая мама не приходила на завтрак , и я хотела ей взять еду в номер , то реакция этой женщины была очень некрасивой ! Мы жили в гостинице 2 недели и все это время приходить в столовую из- за такого отношения было неприятно ! Остался осадок от ее поведения и реакция- она все 2 недели за нами следила . Это омрачило наши впечатления
