EcoHarmony Villa

We have recently returned from an amazing two weeks at this beautiful villa. The actual villa is beautiful and is situated really well on the small Palms Village estate of houses. it is set on the end of a row with no other villas behind it, so there are no neighbours to the left or behind the villa - this makes it much quieter than other villas would be. It is an easy 10 minute walk to a good range of restaurants and bars in Pernera. It was very easy to get a taxi down into Protaras or to walk 10 minutes to the coastal promenade which takes you all the way down to Fig Tree Bay - this was stunning! The inside of the villa more than lived up to expections - a comfortable open plan dining and living room which flows into a well resourced kitchen - it has enough to be able to cook any kind of meal. There are lots of windows in this area, including double doors onto the patio - this ensures that the room stays cool without always needing to use the air conditioning. The three bedrooms ustairs are all comfortable and each has an air conditioning unit which was a welcome relief in the night. The showers are good with a plentiful supply of hot water. Shamoo, conditioner and soap was provided in the bathrooms as well as towels and separate sunbed towels. The outside area is great - with a comfortabe sitting area and dining table. The sun beds are the best - really thick and comfortable - they were too easy to snooze on in the afternoons! Andreas is a great host who quickly replied to any questions. He also came to introduce himself with a beautiful cake made by his wife - this was a really special touch. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely book again if staying in this part of Cyprus.

Beautiful villa - very clean, spacious and comfortable. The outdoor area is incredible and got great sun! The pool was very clean and well maintained! The location was perfect, with a lovely beach just a short walk away. Andreas was an exceptional host who truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. He was always easy to reach, welcomed us with cake and pastries on our first day, and provided a welcome basket with wine. The villa was also stocked with toiletries, which was a thoughtful touch. He also shared fantastic recommendations for restaurants and beaches. We had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay! We will be back!!

Het is een prachtige, ruime villa met een supermooi zwembad. Het zwembad werd regelmatig schoongemaakt. We voelden ons erg welkom, de host is heel vriendelijk en reageert snel. De ligbedjes bij het zwembad zijn fantastisch, die lagen zelfs beter dan de bedden!

De keukenkastjes hebben wat onderhoud nodig, er zitten een paar deurtjes los. Er was ook wat weinig bestek, maar dat zal vast snel worden aangevuld door de host.

The self check in process was very easy. We were positively surprised by the complimentary basket including coffee, tea, milk and sugar to be used upon our arrival! Also a complimentary welcome basket including a bottle of wine and snacks exceeded our expectations! The location of the villa is in a quiet area. It is very close to supermarkets, restaurants and pubs! Andreas is an excellent host, always willing to assist on whatever we needed!!
