Overpriced

The location was ok. Not great, just ok. 10 min walk to the pier

The bathroom. Also alot of mosquitos if you spend time outside on the balcony. It is overpriced for what it offers

Amazing island

Amazing place, everyone loved their rooms and what a beautiful island to visit, wish we had more than 2 nights. Would happily stay here again.

Maybe a bigger shower head in the bathroom.

It was nice and okay place to stay in Phi phi

Very central but out of the noisy area Room had everything we needed but basic

NEVER AGAIN

in front of the sea, even though the nice beaches are 15 minutes walking

Sewage smell in the room (especially the bathroom) was overwhelming—like feces. We reported it and asked for it to be fixed, but nothing changed. The bed and sheets were also unacceptable: hair and stains on the bedding, plus sand in the bed. There were small ants everywhere, including on the bed. The “sea view” is misleading—there is no real sea view from the room, only a partial view from the side. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout. We were also required to pay a key deposit, which was never clearly stated in advance. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. After all of this, we requested a refund and they refused to offer any compensation, even after we raised the issue through Booking as well. Will never stay here again.

受付のスタッフの方がいつもニコニコしていて、とても素敵な方だった。海に近く、静かで落ち着ける場所。個々の部屋が独立していてゆっくりできる。猫が周りにたくさんいて癒された。

Hôtel à Fuir absolument !!!

L’emplacement était sympa mais rien que l’emplacement.

Nous étions dans un bungalow, sa sentais super fort les odeurs d’égouts, nous avons averti la réception rien a été fait, le ménage est très mal fait, le sol est pas propre, aucun espace dans la douche qui sert de toilette en même temps et la cerise sur le cadeau lors de notre 1er nuit nous avons eu le droit à un réveil surréaliste, je m’explique, dans la nuit a 3 heures du matin mon mari et moi avons été réveillé par des personnes qui frapper à la porte et qui demander d’ouvrir, nous avons appelé la police sans ouvrir car lorsqu’on demandé qui était là ont nous répondait pas , juste un ouvrez la porte et des frappes à la porte très insistant après que j’ai dit que j’étais au telephone avec la police il m’ont dit nous sommes la police et en même temps l’agent que j’ai eu au téléphone de la police était un peu surpris que je lui dise que les personnes à la porte venait de me dire qu’il était de la police, après ouverture de la porte il y avait 2 personnes avec des tee shirt écrit police et une personne de la réception et nous avons été interrogé sur notre journée car il semblerait qu’une femme est était emmener dans cet chambre et que la personne qu’il l’accompagner soit parti et la laissant ainsi enfin bref une histoire très bizarre, à peine des excuses pour nous avoir réveillé, nous nous sommes rendormi à 6h du matin abasourdi par la situation. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement, à fuir absolument !

No está mal.

Nos dieron un bungalow que parecía nuevo. El staff es muy muy amable. La ubicación no está mal, pero la playa no está delante como puede parecer en las fotos. La ubicación está bien porque está alejada de todo el bullicio de Phi Phi, pero a la vez a un corto paseo de bares, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. La habitación cuenta con AC, nevera, smart TV, pequeño porche con dos sillones. A unos minutos caminando puedes encontrar una pequeña playa (sin sombra y llena de barcos) y andando un poco más en la otra dirección, otra playa más agradable para bañarse. Al margen de que considero que Phi Phi está sobrevalorado, este hotel no es mala opción. Phi Phi está orientado por y para le turismo, no tienen ninguna esencia de lo que es Thailandia (he recorrido Thailandia varias veces de norte a sur y de este a oeste).

La habitación es muy muy pequeña, apenas sin espacio para dejar las cosas. Sólo tiene una mesita de noche y sin enchufes. La cama es tremendamente dura, como si durmieras sobre una tabla de madera. No hay espacios comunes y no ofrecen desayuno. Puedes encontrar cerca algún lugar que ofrece desayunos (carísimos) y que abren antes de las 10h de la mañana. Ellos tienen un acuerdo con un restaurante que ofrece desayunos con un descuento, pero se sirve a partir de las 9h de la mañana. El baño también es pequeño. Con ducha asiática: sin cortinas, con lo que todo el baño queda mojado.

Ortsüblich teuer aber insgesamt okay

Die Anlage ist frisch renoviert. So frisch dass noch an diversen Ecken etwas unfertig ist. Die Lage ist top da man in wenigen Schritten im Trubel ist aber durch einen Hügel quasi lärmisoliert ist. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, das Bett komfortabel. Wir hatten das Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick was aber entgegen der Bilder nur seitlichen Meerblick hat, aber ok war. Für direkten Meerblick gibt es keine Fenster in der ganzen Anlage!

Es wird verschwiegen das um das Hotel herum derzeit eine RIESEN-BAUSTELLE ist! Zum Glück haben wir vom Baulärm aber nur sehr wenig mitbekommen. Es ist kaum möglich die Zimmertüren geräuscharm zu schließen. Durch Spätheimkehrer wird man so zwangsweise geweckt. Im Badezimmer gibt es keinerlei Haken oder Ablagemöglichkeit. Der Preis von 3000 Baht ist keinesfalls gerechtfertigt im Vergleich zu anderen Orten in Thailand. Das ist eben der Ko Phi Phi Aufschlag. :-(
