La limpieza.
No hay mucha intimidad. Pasan coches continuamente por el patio que es compartido con quien debe de ser el dueño y otro apartamento de alquiler.

Amplitud estancia, aparcamiento privado, ajuar completo, buen colchón y buen termo de ACS. Tranquilidad, a pesar de escuchar algunos ladridos cercanos esporádicos.
A mejorar: calefacción (sólo hay una placa) y el aire entra por la puerta principal. Poca intimidad desde el exterior (los vecinos pasan con el coche por delante y las ventanas no tienen persianas...).

Bien pour sillonner, logement entier grand et confortable, bonne emplacement en montagne avec parking et proche de La Laguna et Santa Cruz.
La cuisine mal équipée pas de passoire, épluche légume, tirebouchon, couteau cuisine etc...mais donné le dernier jour de notre séjour par le propriétaire !
