The flat is fantastic. Perfect location - breathtaking terrace view of the cliffs and the sea, walking distance to a beautiful los Gigantes beach Playa de los Guios, 30 min- or- less - walk to a kids-friendly Playa de la Arena, amazing natural sea pool - walking distance, the flat located fairly close to proper shops like Mercadona or Dino, walking distance to bars and restaurants and lively town square, fairly easy parking on the street or adjacent streets. The flat is very clean and has everything you need, it has an absolutely one of a kind terrace where you can relax and have meals. Really beautiful beaches Playa de Abama and Playa de Duque a short car ride. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and the living room and bedroom are very comfy. We spent there three weeks so it was enough time to see that everything was perfect including the host who was flexible and responsive.

Great location with a beautiful view of the sea and cliffs. Everything was clean, well organized, and the host was very responsive.
The only thing that would have improved the stay was if there were a few kitchen staples like salt or some oil.
