L’établissement est très bien situé. Les commodités dans l’établissement (salle de sport / piscine / machine à laver) et aux alentours de l’établissement (pharmacie / supermarché) était au top et facilite vraiment le séjour.
La literie pourrais être plus confortable. Le matelas est très dur…

Розташування супер, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa дуже поруч. Також є carrefour прямо біля будинку, кавʼярня. Є спортзал та басейн, але далекі не нові, в поганенькому стані. Є пральна машина, нормальний фен, праска
Ремонт в квартирі старенький, також потребує генерального прибирання. Матрац дійсно дуже твердий, багатьом просто буде неможливо на ньому спати. Постільна білизна синтетична, не дуже комфортно під нею спати. Вид на Burj Khalifa немає, будівництво все закриває
