Heel net appartement op top locatie, dichtbij openbaar vervoer, supermarkt en centrum, lekker koel tijdens hittegolf

Supertolle, neu gemachte Ferienwohnung mit Allem „drum und dran“. Die Sauberkeit fiel sofort ins Auge und der Sinn für Details (die Beleuchtung … zusammenpassendes Geschirr … gemütliches Sofa …). Das Bad ist super ausgenutzt, die Dusche ist perfekt (Regendusche !) und es gibt eine Espresso-Maschine mit Kapseln für die ersten Tage und kleine Naschereien. Die Lage fanden wir optimal: Billa (kleiner Supermarkt) in 2 Minuten Fussweg und höchstens 5 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn. Cafés und Gasthäuser auch in gut erreichbarer Nähe.

Im Moment ist noch ein wenig „Baustelle“ im Haus. Das hat uns garnicht gestört, es wurde auch kein Lärm gemacht oder so. Aber der Zuweg zur Wohnung und der Innenhof (Ausblick von den Fenstern) ist halt noch nicht fertig.

Quizás el ingreso del edificio que no tengo claro si está en obras de remodelación, sin embargo no influye en lo bonito del piso y lo cómodo que estuvimos

This place was super modern, amazingly clean, a great walking distance to the centre, comfy bed, nice smelling sheets and with a parking space! The person I was corresponding with was very prompt, helpful and friendly.

It would have been nice to have had some more kitchen utensils like a spatula and other helpful tools, cloth to wipe surfaces, oil for cooking and so on.
