Ground floor has privacy issue

Staff was always available to answer questions via WhatsApp. Location was perfect.

Wifi was hardly usable even after a repair person worked on it. AC would have been nice. Not sure what the water heating system is, but the two closets containing the system are unbelievably hot and it radiates into the rest of the apartment. Since there is no AC, a light blanket should be an option to replace the duvet. I’m sure it’s nice in the winter months but it’s way too warm for the unusually high temperatures Europe is experiencing. These are just some small things I think could be improved.

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Victoria Station und Victoria Coach Station machen die Unterkunft zu einer sehr guten Basis, um London erkunden zu können. In unmittelbarer Umgebung finden sich zahlreiche Lokale und Supermärkte. Trotzdem ist das Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage gelegen. Mit Schlüsselcode ist der Zugang sehr einfach und die Wohnungen sind absolut top ausgestattet und neu eingerichtet. Geschirr und ähnliches für 2 Pax waren ausreichend vorhanden. Anfragen über Whats Apps wurden umgehend beantwortet - es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir sind sehr froh, diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben und werden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen bzw. selbst wieder buchen.

Good size, bed was comfortable, shower was good.

Online check in was unacceptable. I was forced to upload my passport and personal data with no clear explanation of how it would be stored or protected. No human support, just an ultimatum: upload your data or no check in. A serious data protection and customer trust concern.
