Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Victoria Station und Victoria Coach Station machen die Unterkunft zu einer sehr guten Basis, um London erkunden zu können. In unmittelbarer Umgebung finden sich zahlreiche Lokale und Supermärkte. Trotzdem ist das Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage gelegen. Mit Schlüsselcode ist der Zugang sehr einfach und die Wohnungen sind absolut top ausgestattet und neu eingerichtet. Geschirr und ähnliches für 2 Pax waren ausreichend vorhanden. Anfragen über Whats Apps wurden umgehend beantwortet - es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir sind sehr froh, diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben und werden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen bzw. selbst wieder buchen.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό, πολύ άνετο, καλόγουστο, με πολλές παροχές και σε πάρα πολύ βολική τοποθεσία! Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ άμεσοι στην επικοινωνια και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν.

Υπήρχαν κάποια προβλήματα (κάποιες καμένες λάμπες και ένα παράθυρο που δεν έκλεινε καλά) τα οποία μας είχαν πει πως θα επιδιορθώνονταν άμεσα αλλά αυτό δεν συνέβη. Όμως μέσα σε όλα τα καλά αυτού του διαμερίσματος, αυτό ήταν επουσιώδες, απλά το αναφέρω γιατι ήταν το μόνο ψεγάδι σε μια κατά τα άλλα άψογη διαμονή.

The apartment was spacious, plenty of light, very clean. Location is good- easy to walk to Chelsea (Sloane Square), Hyde Park, Victoria Underground, The King's Gallery. Close to many restaurants and lovely shops.

This building is located in a very noisy area-across from a major bus/coach depot with buses coming and going every 10 minutes. There is also a new building being constructed directly across the street, so beware. The noise started at 7:30/8:00 and didn;t stop until 5:30. We were on the 6th floor and you could hear EVERYTHING.. cars, buses, construction, people yelling, it was awful. Had to keep the windows open because it was SO hot in this place, which meant constant noise all the time. No fans were provided, this building has no A/C. Our last 2 days were miserable because of the high temps. Trying to get answers, trying to get "checked in" was terrible. All communication is through WhatsApp, nobody is on site to assist with ANYTHING. When you call customer assistance you will be speaking to someone in the Philippines! And they have to message a "local" person to assist. Trying to get a fan so we could sleep one night was ridiculous. My husband texted our request for a fan to customer assistance, only to receive a message that said "Your stay is confirmed! Thank you!" HUH?? So I called the customer service number only to be speaking with someone not even in the UK! She was able to connect me with someone "local" so I could stress the importance of needing a fan. This person then had to find someone local who could get one from another property, but thank god he did. Raphael was wonderful. He fixed the tv (streaming didn't work - somehow the internet connection between the router and the tv was disconnected), he fixed a couple windows that weren't working properly. The door codes for getting into our flat never worked, so we were moved to another flat. It was a bigger one and on a higher floor. Our original one had windows that faced the construction site and the bus depot with guys standing outside the kitchen window smoking all the time. Had we gotten into that flat (Number 2) I would have left.
