Historic Victorian ️ Walk to UT Austin Free Parking

great location. there was room for 2 x cars out on the street outside the house - people renting the upstairs apartment used one; we used the other - very handy to have. spacious apartment; had everything we needed and spotlessly clean. walking distance to UT - great option for parents weekend. had large rooms - all interconnecting. the living room was excellent for relaxing as a family in. we were unlucky with the weather - otherwise, we would have made use of the outside patio/back yard area. we didn't need to use it, but there was a washing machine there as well. we were there just for a weekend, but would work well for a longer stay too.

small hiccup with a security deposit that took a number of hours to get sorted which put a bit of a damper on our first evening - having to constantly check my phone for an updated link from I assume the management company, since we had been told our reservation would be cancelled if not resolved and that I needed to take care of it immediately once I received the link. once that was resolved, everything else went fine.

Old and rustic but in beautiful condition. Location was perfect for us,. Bed was comfy

Parking was a little difficult for the first two days as the trash bins took up half of the parking for two cars. On the third day the trash bins were moved and we had no issues. Can be a bit noisy when the upstairs people come home at 2-3 in the morning as they walk with shoes on and we are early risers. But this should also be expected in a beautiful old house with wooden floors.
