Sijainti hyvä. Järven yli pääsee talvella suoraan kävellen rinteisiin. Golfkenttä tien toisella puolella. Takka mukava olemassa ja yksi pesällinen puita oli valmiina odotamassa. Maisemista tässä kohtaa ei tosin voi puhua, eikä tässä huoneessa ole ole ulkoterassia. Ajaa varsinkin talvella asiansa, jos lähinnä yöpaikalle tarvetta. Sauna ja suihkutilat ovat siistit ja hyvät. Pihassa hevostalli, joten ratsastus ehkä mahdollista?
Vähän hassun pieni ja ahdas keittiönurkkaus, mutta ajoi silti asiansa. Keittolevyn käyttöön voisi olla ohje. Ei oikein keksitty miten päin nuppeja väännetään (ovat eri päin kuin yleensä, ensin myötäpäivään kääntäen tulee kuuma ja lopussa onkin kylmä) ja tästä syystä ekat ruuat jäivät kokonaan tekemättä. Huonojalkaiset älköön vaivautuko. Pitkät kierreportaat makuuparvelle. Lapsia varten oli onneksi tuleva veräjä.
