THE VALLONY - 204The Vallonnet is a duplex apartment, 4 rooms south at the foot of the slopes. It is located on the top floor (lift for luggage and people with reduced mobility) and offers an unobstructed view of the Arc and the mountain. This cocoon has the highest ranking in the Haute Maurienne (classified 5 crowns) within the residence la Marmotte in the beautiful village of Bonneval sur Arc (1800m-3000m), one of the most beautiful villages in France and also the village of Belle et Sébastien. The residence is located at the so-called place of the Tralenta in front of the chairlift "Vallonnet" with arrival and ski departure at the foot of it.This 75m2 apartment with a balcony-terrace of 17m2 offers a modern and warm decoration, in order to spend a holiday with family or friends up to 8 people.The cleaning service is included and includes the cleaning, the rental of bed linen, towels and beds made on arrival. The apartment equipment consists of:First level:- An entrance with a bench area, coat rack and closet. This entrance looses an independent toilet and a large bathroom consisting of a large bathtub, a dryer and a second toilet.- A living-kitchen of nearly 30m2 composed of a large open kitchen with a bar corner and a living room overlooking a terrace balcony of 17m2 with panoramic views of the mountains.The kitchen is equipped with an induction plate, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and small appliances: robot kitchen, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, electric citrus press, raclette machine, fondue machine... dishes and kitchen accessories for more than 10 peopleA living room under the slope offers a nice volume with direct access to the balcony-terrace. It is equipped with two sofas. A connected TV completes this living room. The wifi will allow you to access a quality connection.- A south-facing terrace balcony of 17 m2 with a dream panorama of the mountain, views of the slopes (ideal for the descent torchlights and fireworks) and the arch, equipped with many tables, chairs and Chileans.- A real bright master bedroom, with a 160 x 200 bed, a closet, a private shower room with Italian shower and a connected TV. Direct access to the balcony terrace.- A real second bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190, shelves for storage. This room has no window on the outside.Second level:Its sloping part and warm decoration give an undeniable charm to this last room. It is composed of a bed 140 x 190 and a bunk bed allowing 2 extra beds of 90 x 190 (the sleeping in height is prohibited for children under 6 years of age) as well as a closet with board games.
