El Sedàs is a 80-square-meter semi-detached rustic cottage spread over two floors. It sleeps 4 adults and 1 child.
Outside, there is a private porch with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
From there, you can access the first floor, where you’ll find the living-dining room, the kitchen-dining area, and a half-bath. It features a rustic, simple, and warm style, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washing machine.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: one double bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed overlooking the garden and the pool. The other bedroom has two single beds measuring 90x190 cm. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower, towels, and a hair dryer.
In addition to a large 1,300 m² garden, there is a spacious barbecue area with a covered patio for outdoor dining, a playground, and a 10 x 5 m saltwater pool, all shared with three other identical apartments.
